Rules: The Red Flag Rules require a
"creditor" to develop and implement a
written identity theft prevention program
that is designed to detect, prevent and
mitigate identify theft.
Critical Concepts Red Flag
Rule training program is designed
specifically for the compliance of the
healthcare facility. Our consultants will
come on-site to develop and implement a
written identity theft prevention program
customized to your facility based on the
size, complexity and the nature and scope of
its activities. Your employees will be
trained on identifying relevant red flags,
and respond appropriately to any red flags
detected. The on-site training cost is
$375.00 per office if done alone or $275.00
per office if combined with any other of
our many programs such as OSHA, HIPAA, CPR,
ACLS, or PALS. Each training program will
