This provides you with ongoing medical oversight, a medical professional to turn to, and allows you to have the confidence that medical support provides.

Your primary care physician and cardiologist can receive the same detailed information, allowing better long-term care for you and the ones you love. If you choose, we can also alert a friend or relative for you.
