Course Prerequisite: Healthcare Provider. If you are rusty reading Cardiac Rhythms please register for ACLS Prep if available or purchase Basic EKG Guide from the Bookstore.
Initial Provider Course: $200 for 16 hours of Continuing Education Credit and ACLS Study Guide. This Course is appropriate when not utilizing ACLS on a regular basis, first-timers as well as for individuals with expired cards. Required textbooks are available in the Bookstore. If you already have a current textbook, please bring it to the course. BLS update is available same day as ACLS Course for additional $35 for current providers.
Re-certification:
Option 1-$130 for 8 Hours Continuing Education Credit and the ACLS Study Guide. A current (not expired) ACLS card is required for entrance to the renewal program. This class is for persons well versed in ACLS protocols and is for testing only.
Option 2-$130 for 4 Hours Continuing Education Credit and the ACLS Study Guide. A current (not expired) ACLS card is required for entrance to the renewal program. This class is for persons well versed in ACLS protocols and is for testing only. Remediation Provided
Option 3-Challenge $130 for 2.0 Hour of Continuing Education. Student must demonstrate the following for successful completion Management of Respiratory Arrest, Adult 1 Rescuer CPR & AED, Successful Demonstration of Megacode Checklist. 84% or more on written exam. No remediation is provided for Challenge

Critical Concepts provides stress-free Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS. We are proud to host this ACLS Course and PALS course. It has been designed for healthcare workers and emergency personnel, including medical doctors, paramedics, EMTs, physicians, surgeons, and physician assistants. In addition the course is designed for CRNAs, nurse practitioners, dentists, nurses (RN, LPN), surgical technologists, respiratory therapists, dentists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, all emergency medical providers, all professionals who may need to respond to cardiovascular emergencies, and police and firefighters, who are involved in the resuscitation of patients. Through the Critical Concepts Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course, providers will develop and hone their skills in the treatment of adults and children suffering from cardiac arrests or other emergencies involving cardiopulmonary emergency situations. The Pediatric Advanced Life Support reviews the knowledge and skills necessary for pediatric healthcare workers to manage critically ill pediatric patients. Critical Concepts students are taught to recognize those at risk of cardiopulmonary arrest, defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion; intraosseious access and fluid bolus administration. Through our training center's staff of trained trauma nurses and medical doctors, Critical Concepts instructs Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training, testing and certification. The ACLS and PALS programs are the least expensive of many ACLS and PALS training and certification companies this organization is managed by trauma healthcare workers.
